Can be considered as Healthy but not fully

Health is wealth, and it is known to all. Without good health, expecting a happy life is nothing more than a dream, and everyone wants to be happy. The desire is very natural, and one doesn’t need millions of dollars to live a happy life. Isn’t it? Little money to fulfill basic needs, a positive mentality, and good and fit health are enough to live a happy life. Health is always an important thing, and an unhealthy/sick person can understand it better than anyone.

Everyone says that health is important, and health-related things should be handled seriously. There should be no consideration when it comes to health. People speak that, but their actions are not the same. In fact, for most of us, we prioritize money over our health, and that’s the reality. We all know that we should go for a full body checkup at least once every six months, but we don’t go for it. Firstly, we can’t afford to lose money on uncertain things, but that can be the best way to detect disease early. Even rich people don’t go for it. They are ready to spend tons of money after getting sick, but they are not ready to spend money for full-body checkups unless they feel any serious issue in their bodies.

When it comes to health, it can be divided into two parts. One part is physical health, and another part is mental health. In the past, people used to ignore mental health, but mental health is equally important as physical health. If our mind is not ok, then it will impact our physical health because our mind is the controller of us. In recent years, the suicidal cases has increased significantly, and most of the suicides occurred because of depression, which is a mental illness. Moreover, if one person’s mental health is not well, it’s impossible for him to be satisfied with the life he is living. So, there is no way to take mental health lightly.

Let’s talk about myself as well as my health. First, I want to discuss my mental health, as it’s the most important thing for me. In this digital world, we are busy with technological devices, and we don’t have the time to entertain ourselves. In my case, I am well aware of it, and so I always seek the opportunity to go on an adventure or tour. It’s because it’s the best way to interact with nature. Nature is known as the best healer, and interacting with nature means feeding something to our soul. It helps to keep my mind refreshed and boosts my energy. It gives me mental satisfaction, and I feel the warmth of nature. Again, I stay with my family. I can spend quality time with my family members, especially with my siblings. I used to discuss many things and gossip about anything. I think we have tons of topics to discuss, and those moments always give me good vibes, and for mental health, such a thing is very good. It’s true that sometimes, for some reason, I feel stressed, but most of the time I remain in a chill mood. So, from the perspective of mental health, I feel I am ok and fine.

It's time to discuss physical health. I haven’t gone for a full body checkup till now, and so I can’t say I am fully healthy or fit because I don’t have any proof. But based on my understanding of my health, I feel I am in good condition. My weight is within the standard range, and I have a strong immune system; for that reason, it’s rare for me to become sick. At least till now, I noticed it quite well.

In case of doing physical exercise or going to the gym, I am 1000 steps away from it. I don’t like it, but I have the habit of walking a lot. Walking is also one kind of exercise, and so it’s the only exercise that I do almost every day. In the case of food, I am quite concerned about it. I don’t eat junk food. I always prefer homemade food. In rare cases, you can find me eating fast food from a restaurant. In the case of food intake, I eat healthily, and there is no doubt about it. There is nothing to change in this case.

Does it mean everything is ok for me from a health perspective? It’s not actually. I go to sleep late, and I wake up late, and the most important thing is that in recent times, my sleeping time is below 6 hours. It’s an unhealthy habit, and in the long run, I may suffer from it. Actually, I don’t think I will be able to change the habit until September. It’s because in September I will submit my research paper, and after that I will have a good time for my sleep. Still, I am trying to sleep as much as possible, but it’s not easy for me now. I hope it will be better soon. And that’s all about my health, and I feel that I can be considered a healthy person if I ignore the sleeping issue.
