Balance between work and health
It says that life is beautiful, and from one perspective, it's right, but it can be a struggle, depending on many things. I think that everyone wants to be happy in life, but it's not possible for everyone. To be happy in life, we need both money and health. Some people can maintain good health but face difficulties making money in life, and some people can make money easily but struggle with health issues. Thinking about happiness without money and health combined is not possible.

It's true that we need money for almost every case in our life. I heard someone saying that money is not so important for happiness, and I found it ridiculous because it's not logical. Only emotional people say that. Even for fully fulfilling our basic needs, we need money, and trying to be happy without fulfilling the basic needs can be possible only in a dream. In that case, they can be happy only in a dream or imagination. It is the harsh reality that money is one of the requirements of happiness. There is no escape from money if anyone wants to be happy.
Money never comes to us automatically. We need to make efforts for it. Sometimes it is also not enough, but most times our hard work helps us to make money. As it's our need, we are chasing it crazily. It is natural to chase it and try to work hard to make more money. We strongly believe that if we work more, we can make more money, and technically, it's also true, but it brings trouble to our health. Help me with both physical and mental health.
Working for a long time makes us tired easily. So naturally, we become exhausted after work, and we do not focus on physical exercise in such a case. Additionally, when the workload increases, it gives us stress. Coping with the stress is the most difficult thing because those people break down mentally because they drain all the mental energy in the workplace. In personal life they can manage only a little time for themselves, and because of stress and exhaustion, it makes it difficult to enjoy that time in personal life. Some people sacrifice their sleep just because of it, and it may not bring trouble immediately, but in the long run, it has a hard impact, which is difficult to understand. So it is very much necessary to balance work life and health if you want to be happy in life because both are necessary.
In the case of fitness, I think most of us compromise without sleep, and I think it is not a good idea. On average, enough sleeping time must be maintained for a good life, and without proper sleep, thinking about balance is nothing more than foolishness. After getting enough sleep, it's good to go for a morning walk or some regular exercise. Some of us may not be able to manage the time; in that case, we can choose to walk a little while going to the workplace for a certain distance. It can be the best exercise for them.
It is not a good thing to be obsessed with office work. Work is work, and we should isolate it from our personal life. Office work should be, and while we leave the office, it can help to keep us stress-free. Enjoying a cup of tea or coffee with colleagues and opening up about the day can be helpful to reduce stress, as they also go through the same situation, and they can connect easily. Again, it's good to take a break and, if possible, to take a little nap between work. It can boost the energy even if it's for 15 to 20 minutes.
Working continuously drains our soul power, and we need to restore it by doing some fun activity like enjoying time with family, and we can also go on an adventure and try to interact with green nature, which can be helpful to refresh our minds and act as a booster for us.
I know the last one seems difficult for many people, but I think it's necessary for good health. Smoking and drinking are not good habits, and if anyone expects health support from them, they should avoid both smoking and drinking because both have the potential to do maximum damage to their health. That's the way to balance work life and health, in my opinion, and you can also follow it if you think it is useful for you.

Many of us as individuals struggle to balance work life with personal life, it's not easy to do so.
Indeed it is very difficult to find balance between work and health for many cases and this suffer the consequences because of it. Fortunately I can manage it well.

For many individuals, they find it hard to manage their work life and health; they tend to work round the clock all in the name of earning more income and at the end of the day, they break down, their health deteriorates and so on. It’s good to balance work life and health, truly.
They are chasing money like crazily but they are fogetting abot thier health, and after a certain time they realize what they have done, and it becomes too late to recover the loss.
