Agriculture sector, no way to ignore

We are living in the digital world, and almost every sector got the touch of technology. Through technology and machinery, life has become easier for us. It doesn't matter how updated the technology we have is; we need to eat food, as food gives us energy, which is necessary for us to survive. And for food, we need to depend on agriculture. That's the reason there is no way we can ignore the agricultural sector.

The total population of the world is increasing over time, and with this increase, the land available for food cultivation is decreasing. Following the traditional method for agriculture is insufficient to meet the demands of the total population, especially when cultivation land is decreasing. So it is necessary to follow the advanced agriculture practices. Again, it is not so easy to do large-scale agriculture without the help of machines and enough workforce. Such a kind of thing can increase the prices of food naturally because maintaining properties is important because nobody is ready to make efforts for free.

Again, there are some issues related to transportation. Sometimes, some foods are cheap, but those foods become expensive because of transportation costs, as the distance is far from the production area. Seeing the price of food, sometimes it's necessary to think that farmers are rich people, but it's not true, actually. In my country, there is a group of people who are absorbing all the profit through a syndicate. Those groups of people indirectly force the farmers to sell their food at cheap prices, and after buying it, they store the food and sell it at high prices. Even for their benefit, they stock the food and release it, creating market demand, which can be called manipulation, and they sell the food at an expensive price, which is sometimes so expensive for general people to buy.

In this digital world, most young people are not interested in agriculture because they think doing a desk job is more respectable and allows them to live a comfortable life. It doesn't matter if it's true or not, but that's the mindset of many people. Additionally, because of the syndicate, the farmers are not getting enough profit to satisfy themselves, and they are also losing their motivation. If things go like the current time, in the future there will be a serious issue with food because most farmers will leave farming practices due to low profits.

In the future, we may face trouble with food demand. To eliminate such kinds of possibilities, it's necessary to focus on agriculture. The syndicate system should be stopped. Making a simple application can solve the issue. If there is an app through which the farmer and buyer can directly contact each other, it can ensure the customer receives the fresh food, and at the same time, the customer can buy food at a reasonable price, and the farmer also gets enough profit. The idea of developing such an app came to the mind of one of my best friends, who was my roommate for 1.5 years. He shared his idea with me at first, and I believe that such an application is needed now.

Again, I think we need agricultural practices and techniques. We may need to use machines because the old or traditional way of cultivating land is very slow and time-consuming. Machines and advanced technology are to make our lives easier, and that's why we should take full advantage of them.
