The resurrection and Life; Believers' Assurance

Hello everyone! how are you doing today? It's pertinent to talk the an essential thing, I mean the very reason for the existence of Christian. Do you know that without the resurrection of Christ, Christianity would has no meaning because there would be no difference with other religions in the world today. The act of arising from the dead and becoming alive again. It's the hope of every believer in Christ and a testament that can't be erased.

In Jesus conversation with Martha, the sister of Lazarus, in ‭John 11:25-26 Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. 26 And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?” Even though Martha in her narrow was anticipating his brother at the resurrection morning where every saint will raise to meet with the creator, Jesus made a little experience to prove that resurrection is a fantasy in Christ but a reality, an hope, the assurance and evidence to be held firm. Resurrection is a very nature of Christ, it's an expression of authority over life and death.

It signifies that believing in Christ doesn't only offers just spiritual resurrection but also physical resurrection that grant eternal life, breaking the power of external death condemnation for believers. This declaration, made to Martha after the death of her brother Lazarus, offers comfort and hope in the face of grief and loss, emphasizing that even in death, those who believe in Christ lives after physical or natural death.

Christ's resurrection is not just about His own rising from the dead; it demonstrates His power over death and offers believers the promise of eternal life. When Jesus says these words to Martha, it's in the context of her brother's death. He offers comfort and hope, assuring her that even though Lazarus has died, he will live again through faith in Jesus. Believing in Jesus means not only experiencing physical resurrection but also having eternal life, a life that transcends physical death and continues forever. Believers can live in the power of the resurrected Christ, experiencing victory over sin and living in obedience to God. The resurrection also provides forgiveness of sins and the potential for spiritual healing, allowing believers to walk in the newness of life. I am the resurrection and the life" is a foundational statement about Jesus's role in salvation, offering hope, forgiveness, and eternal life to all who believe in him
