My Actifit Report Card: September 10 2025

A decent start to the day. Weather was sunny.

In the morning, I went to the clinic to get my blood test report. Then went to the doctor to show the report. Clinic is 20 minutes by walk, doctor’s dispensary is 10 minutes by walk from the clinic. And then walked back home.
Later added more steps walking in the common balcony.
In the evening, i went out to buy bread from the local bakery.

Completing 5000+ steps for the day.
