My Actifit Report Card: April 7 2025

A good start of the day.

Started doing my steps walking indoors, inside the flat and the common balcony on the floor I stay.

After 4pm, I went out for a walk and also buy few things. Spent 20 minutes walking and shopping.

After 5.30, I went to the hospital to pick up mom’s X-ray text report. The hospital is 20 minutes by walk from my place. After getting the report, I bought some vegetables from the vegetable market and then walked back home.

Completing 6000+ steps for the day.
