Paper card with lettering [ENG-ESP]

Every day, new ideas, creations, and designs emerge in the world of stationery. It's really hard not to fall in love with this art form, to grow fond of it, and to make those cute little things we like, letting ourselves be carried away by our imagination and creativity.

Creative friends, I am here sharing my first post in this beautiful community. I am happy to be able to create and show you my designs. I have read the comments from the girls who have joined, and I loved reading about their enthusiasm for the creation of our community, where they can share their talent, their creations, and their work with stationery.

Well, I couldn't be left behind, so today I bring you this little card, made with my lettering art.

With a piece of paper and my markers, I began to design my card. First, I looked for a phrase that I could identify with. I wanted to express my gratitude for the support I have received and celebrate my four years on the platform, thanking everyone for everything I have experienced and learned, creating content and interacting with all of you.

I like to start by tracing the letters with a graphite pencil, not too dark, so that I can erase it later. That way, I avoid making mistakes when tracing it with the marker. The phrase reads: Gratitude is the art of attracting good things.

With my phrase written in pencil, I took my markers, combining different colors. First, I wrote the word GRATITUDE. where I combined navy blue with fuchsia, then with the black marker I drew the other secondary letters, the word ART I combined again with blue with another lighter shade, and for the word ATTRACT I chose crimson red, like the blockchain logo.

With my phrase drawn, very nicely, I proceeded to cut it out, and as I said, this is a phrase of gratitude for my time at Hive, so I also wanted to add the logo to one side, which led me to finish it by sticking it on another piece of cardboard, and since I have this tape, which is often used to create that effect with our 3D letters, I wanted to use it.

Well, friends, this is how my thank you card turned out, with lettering style, pretty, simple, without many materials, creative. What do you think?

As you can see, you don't need a lot of materials or many steps to show your talent, hobbies, and creations. Just dare to do something yourself and share it with us. We will welcome it with open arms.

The world of stationery covers a huge space. There are endless things we can create with a simple piece of paper. I hope to continue learning with all of you.

Cada día surgen nuevas ideas, creaciones, diseños, que conllevan la papelería, es realmente difícil no enamorarse de este arte, el tomarle cariño, y hacer esas cositas lindas que nos gustan, dejándonos llevar por nuestra imaginación y creatividad.

Amigos creativos, me encuentro por aquí compartiendo mi primer post en esta hermosa comunidad, me siento feliz de poder crear y mostrarles mis diseños, he leído los comentarios de las chicas que se han unido, y me encanto leer el entusiasmo que sintieron con la creación de nuestra comunidad, en donde podrán compartir su talento, sus creaciones, sus trabajos con la papelería.

Pues bien, yo no podía quedarme atrás, asi que hoy les traigo esta pequeña tarjeta, elaborada con mi arte del lettering.

Con un trozo de papel, y mis marcadores, comencé a diseñar mi tarjeta, primero busqué una frase con la que me identificara, quería expresar mi agradecimiento por el apoyo recibido, y la vez celebrar mis 4 años en la plataforma, agradeciendo todo lo vivido, lo que he aprendido, creando contenido, interactuando con todos ustedes.

Me gusta comenzar trazando las letras con un lápiz grafito, no tan oscuro, para luego poder borrarlo, asi evito equivocarme al momento de trazarlo con el marcador, la frase dice asi: Agradecer es el arte de atraer cosas buenas.

Ya con mi frase escrita en lápiz, tome mis marcadores, combinando con diferentes colores, primero la palabra AGRADECER, allí hice esta combinación entre un azul marino con un fucsia, luego con el marcador negro dibuje las otras letras secundarias, la palabra ARTE combine nuevamente con el azul con otro tono más claro, y la palabra ATRAER escogí el color rojo carmesí, como el logo de la blockchain.

Con mi frase dibujada, bien bonita, procedí a recortarla, y como dije, esta es una frase de agradecimiento por mi tiempo en Hive, por lo que también quise agregarle el logo a un lado., lo que me llevo a terminarlo, pegándolo en otro cartón, y como tengo este cinta, la cual se usa mucho para crear ese efecto con nuestras letras en 3D, quise usarlo.

Bien amigos, asi quedo mi tarjetita de agradecimiento, con el estilo lettering, bonita, sencilla, sin muchos materiales, creativa, ¿qué les pareció?

Como ven, no se necesita de grandes materiales, ni muchos paso a paso para mostrar tu talento, aficiones, creaciones, simplemente atrévete hacer algo tú mismo, y compártelo con nosotros, aquí lo recibiremos con los brazos abiertos.

El mundo de la papelería abarca un enorme espacio, son infinidades de cosas que podemos crear con un simple papel a partir de él, espero poder seguir aprendiendo con todos ustedes.
