Motivational image: Women's Day [ESP-ENG]

Se que ya paso el día de la Mujer, pero como estas fechas son importantes, vale la pena recordarlas, y conmemorarlas siempre, y como bien saben, sigo practicando y aprendiendo mi hermoso arte del lettering.

Como bien he dicho antes, es mi mejor terapia, y les confieso que me hacía falta dibujar un poco, pase una semana horrible, y apenas me estoy recuperando, entonces que mejor forma de levantar mi ánimo, que haciendo lo que me gusta, esto es algo que quería hacer en su momento, pero no pude, sin embargo, nunca es tarde, aquí les traigo esta frase motivadora con un lindo dibujo acompañándolo, para todas esas mujeres que día a día luchan por mantenerse de pie, por levantarse cada mañana, y dar lo mejor de cada una, créanme se lo que se siente, porque esa mujer soy yo.

I know it's already past Women's Day, but as these dates are important, it's worth remembering them, and always commemorate them, and as you know, I continue practicing and learning my beautiful art of lettering.

As I said before, it is my best therapy, and I confess that I needed to draw a little, I had a horrible week, and I'm just recovering, so what better way to lift my spirits, than doing what I like, this is something I wanted to do at the time, but I could not, However, it's never too late, here I bring you this motivational phrase with a nice drawing accompanying it, for all those women who every day struggle to stay on their feet, to get up every morning, and give the best of each one, believe me I know how it feels, because that woman is me.

Como dibuje a la Mujer

Para empezar, inicie trazando la imagen de una mujer joven, sencilla, que acompañe y represente la imagen que quiero crear; para este diseño use mis colores, entre naranja, amarillo, negro, verde para el girasol. Primero trace mi dibujo con lápiz grafito, seguidamente tome el color negro para darle mayor tono al lineado.

Una vez trazada mi imagen, procedí a darle color a la mujer, empezando por la blusa, aquí trate de usar una tonalidad oscura y clara con el color naranja, y un poco de amarillo, luego que vi este, pensé que mejor lo hubiera dejado con el naranja solo, pero bueno, allí trate de hacer que tuviera una buena combinación entre ambos colores.

Ya con esto, seguí con la parte de la flor, un pequeño girasol, nuevamente combinando ambos colores entre naranja y amarillo, ya solo me quedaba darle color al cabello, al estilo trenzado como pueden ver; aquí tenía mis dudas de como dibujarlo, fíjense que en la punta combiné el negro con algo de azul, pero no me gustó mucho, por lo que decidí dejarlo solo negro, sombreándolo, y dándole algo de forma con algunas líneas.

How I drew the Woman

To begin with, I started by tracing the image of a young, simple woman, that accompanies and represents the image I want to create; for this design I used my colors, between orange, yellow, black, green for the sunflower. First I traced my drawing with graphite pencil, then I took the black color to give more tone to the line.

Once I traced my image, I proceeded to give color to the woman, starting with the blouse, here I tried to use a dark and light tone with the orange color, and a little yellow, after I saw this, I thought it would have been better to leave it with the orange only, but well, there I tried to make it have a good combination between both colors.

With this, I continued with the part of the flower, a small sunflower, again combining both colors between orange and yellow, now I only had to give color to the hair, braided style as you can see; here I had my doubts about how to draw it, notice that at the tip I combined black with some blue, but I did not like it very much, so I decided to leave it only black, shading it, and giving it some shape with some lines.

Finalmente dibuje el pantalón corto, con azul claro oscuro; y listo así quedo mi chica, ¿qué les pareció..?😍

Finally I drew the shorts, with dark light blue; and that's how my girl looked like, What did you think?

Creamos la frase motivadora

Ya con la imagen de la mujer, ahora solo me quedo dibujar la frase que la acompaña, entre tantas decidí colocar esta Detrás de una mujer poderosa, se encuentra ella misma luchando cada día, una palabra muy acertada para todas nosotras que luchamos cada día, por nuestro bienestar, nuestra salud, nuestro amor propio, en fin, tantas cosas.

Como siempre, me gusta trazarlo primero en lápiz grafito, en este caso, para el color de las letras use mis marcadores punta pincel fina; lamentablemente tengo dos marcadores secos, que son los que más uso, el negro y el rojo, por eso me toca usar otras tonalidades, pero creo que igual quedo bien.

Use el marcador purpura, combinando con el fucsia, y como ven, en esta parte del lettering, siempre se trabaja con distintos estilos de letras, a su vez junto con los colores.

Y como siempre he dicho, aquí el secreto está en tener un buen pulso, no sé porque a mí me cuesta tanto, de igual hago lo mejor que puedo, practicando cada vez para mejorar.

Already with the image of the woman, now I just had to draw the phrase that goes with it, among so many I decided to place this Behind a powerful woman, is herself fighting every day, a very accurate word for all of us who fight every day, for our welfare, our health, our self-love, in short, so many things.

As always, I like to trace it first in graphite pencil, in this case, for the color of the letters I used my fine brush tip markers; unfortunately I have two dry markers, which are the ones I use the most, black and red, so I have to use other shades, but I think it looks good anyway.

I used the purple marker, combining it with the fuchsia, and as you can see, in this part of the lettering, you always work with different styles of letters, along with the colors.

And as I have always said, here the secret is to have a good pulse, I don't know why it is so hard for me, but I still do the best I can, practicing every time to improve.
