LOH #290, RELAXATION IS VERY NECESSARY TO OUR BODY..!

Hello, ladies and gentlemen of #ladiesofhive community. Happy Sunday, it's a rainy Sunday in my area, how about your own area?. Yeah, it's not a problem at all, rather the essence of nature.

Question one of the LOH contest #290 this week..
What's your favorite safe haven for relaxation and why?

Truly, life is good, and needs to be pampered. Life of course needs to be taken care of, per time. No matter how much busy we seem to be. Life has no duplicate, if you refuse to apply a relaxation break, you may breakdown to suffer some sicknesses.

This is the reality for only those that has this understanding. It's befitting and a resounding wisdom for anyone to make out time for relaxation, a time to calm down your nerves and having full rest in whichever method that appeals to your personality most.

THEY'RE MANY WAYS TO RELAX AND CALM OUR NERVES

Our choices are different in life. Some love going to the beach to relax as their safe haven. Some love climbing mountains to relax at the ultimate top. Some love to relax with warm water at their bathtub.
Some love to drive out, receiving fresh air and looking around.

Some love to get into their kitchen cooking one kind of their favorite and special meal, enjoying it makes them to relax. Some listen to their favorite music to relax, others read books or novels to relax. To be in the garden looking at flowers, listening to songs from birds.

I love to just lay down all alone on my bed in my room to reflect on certain things, listening to my favorite Christian low-key music, or a beautiful and meaningful classic music. Pondering on the lyrics, and making meanings out of the letters and the grenes of the music

Stretching out myself, turning to the left and turning to the right on my bed without anyone asking me to shift or to adjust for them. But for me and just me, all alone. I love it this way! This is my appropriate way to relax, to calm down my mind, head and my nerves

Relaxation to me is a conscious decision and effort for one to take out time to coin inside your own self. Calling up your spiritman to settle down to rest, to offload certain burdens. At that moment, you could calm down your very being that has been actively working without resting overtime.

WHY
It's a refreshing moment for my body, my brain and my whole being. It's a restoration time. It's very beneficial to my mental health and my overall well-being. Relaxation is the time to offload the unnecessary loads of life issues you may never had asked for. Coming out of it, makes you refreshed, one can as well take a deep breath to ease off your lungs, do some exercises to ease off the burdens and losses of life.

Aaaah..😂, you really understand how it feels. You know, since I do observe it at home, before you know it, there might be a knock on the door for one purpose or the other...ooooh,

I can imagine you there relaxing in your room while listening to soft music 😊 like you say relaxing your body and have some alone YOU time is important for our bodies, recharge and clear the mind.

I can like you just relax in my room, but my favorite place to go is to the beach near by and by sunset is the best.

Great way to relax and you mention lots of important things that we need to do for our bodies.

This stood out for me, sis - the epitome of R-E-S-T rest right here: “Relaxation to me is a conscious decision and effort for one to take out time to coin inside your own self. This made me reflect on deep rest. Restful rest. Resting rest? So we can relax, but are we at rest? We can be pampered (that’s wonderful) but are our minds, hearts and souls at rest?

Or is it the beautiful balance of letting go and giving it to God when we are restless?

Yeah, we may not be hundred percent resting in the literal sense of resting because there is no complete rest in life.

But what we mean here is that time you have decided to just relax and give an hour or anytime relaxation for your own peace and realignment to yourself for a more work or actions.

Even the Bible says, "there will be darkness on the earth and a gross darkness on the people."

When such is happening there could never be a perfect rest. But let's fire on doing our best to be the best in this restless world. Thank you sis, good morning 🌅🌄.
