Hey, hey, hey all 👋 another weekend is coming.. of course, I still have one more work day tomorrow. Then my brief weekend is here again 😅 Let's celebrate 'coz it's now the middle of January 🍷 let's congratulate ourselves for completing half a month 😆
Got a new bottle of red wine from my brother for Christmas 🎁 I've tried a glass, and I'd say it's fine. Is it true that one glass of red wine a day is good for the heart? I think I read something about it 🤔 I'm not sure if it's true, but I suppose it does not hurt to try. I only do so on the weekend 😆 It does help me sleep better.
PS. The wine has such a fascinating bottle design. Funny how it fits my hand perfectly. 🤣
Yipee, I'm glad I'm able to keep reaching my daily walking target. I do have to find ways to reach it each day. As a result, I do extra walking exercises after dinner 😅 I do it inside the flat though. Glad I have enough walking space for extra steps. The exercise is helping me a lot, although I need to make sure I take breaks in between so I do not over exert myself. 😆

Magic. Who doesn't like that word, huh? Do you believe in it? In my heart, I know I do. Well, new beginnings enable us to keep moving forward. It gives me, at least, something to aspire for, that's for sure. Besides, in all honesty, the hardest part of all tasks is to begin. 😛 I suppose that's why it's the most powerful. Once you have begun, then it's easy to just keep going. That's another challenge I guess. So, whatever task it is that you want to do, I encourage you to just do it. 🎉
Officially the middle of the month by now. Only fifteen more days to go. Amazing, huh? Pretty soon, we'll be saying good-bye to January 😆 Funny how I could say I can feel that now.
It's time to share my weekly earnings from the LL coop link promotions. Glad I got a little more this past week. As it goes, I'm near $6 now. So I might as well set my next goal.

I have heard red wine is good for the heart. I also have had a doctor tell me to drink a glass a day before meals. He said it helps with appetite.

Moderate amounts of red wine can be beneficial for a few reasons, but it's important to make sure to find wines that don't have glyphosate and other pesticides or herbicides in them.
