Alive & Thriving Goals Monday : Totally Enjoyed Paolyn Houseboats || AATYr7 || Prompt A Day 😊

I'm back for another week of tracking Hive goals, but before that I've still more photos and stories from my daughter's vacation. I still can't believe how fast it has come and gone too. 😅 For sure my year has been drastically changed, although I must admit that everything still feels like a dream.

It's our fifth day in Palawan, and we just landed in Coron for the last leg of our trip. Since the transfer was booked personally by my daughter, the travel agent did not have any activities for us on this day. Again, my resourceful daughter found Paolyn Houseboats. As soon as we dropped our stuff at the homestay, we headed out for our transfer to the lagoon where we'd be spending overnight on one of the houseboats.

My daughter booked a bamboo houseboat which is the most affordable one, but we got good news that we were offered an exclusive upgrade to a glass house one. Amazing! It's really huge and could probably house ten guests. 😅 That's the view once we were in front of our accommodation.

At this point, we were thankful for good weather as we enjoyed the privacy of enjoying this stay. My daughter booked a private tour the afternoon we arrived here. There's nothing like going on a tour all by ourselves on a speedboat too. 😂 Sounds luxurious... will share some photos from that private tour next time...

Can you imagine waking up to this lovely view? Well I was awakened by birds flying around in the area. Plus that's the main dining where we enjoyed our breakfast. It was like a dream except I was really there. 🤣 Wish it was more than an overnight stay, but we do have prior bookings with the travel agent. This was just an afterthought from my daughter. If I get a chance to go back to Coron, I'd love to enjoy more of Paolyn Houseboats. 😉

I totally go for this as I do believe in multiple intelligences. When my daughter was in her elementary years, I encouraged her to delve into arts too. Somehow being creative helps us navigate through life's challenges in ways that do not limit us. We do need to think out of the box sometimes to come up with the best solutions. 😉

For the meantime, I'm supporting all of ALIVE projects, adding a little here and there esp. in the diesel pools. It does add up over time. I'm back playing Rising Star game and continue to add to my cards. I do need it to grow my fans. 😂

Over the weekend, I also got notification on my seventh Hiversary. Well, I did join during Steem days and just moved here with most everyone else. 😁 Here's to more years on the blockchain 🍻

Eighth month! Are you counting down 2026 now? I know I am... 😆 Seriously, I don't know what's the point? Anyway, I'm here just to enjoy each and every day that this life brings. 😉 It's the best we can do...
