I notice that sometimes people just take the easy way out instead of trying something that seems hard at first. It’s like school assignments or projects—I procrastinate a lot too, but once I actually start, it’s usually not as bad as I thought.

I'm definitely a proponent of working smarter, not harder, but I am not afraid to do the hard work either when it becomes necessary.
