@iriswrite has touched on a very complex and interesting topic: time. A lot has been written about this topic, both in fiction and in science and philosophy. However, there is still much, much left to say.

This time I'll talk only about myself.

Time is the Great Teacher of life. Over the years, I've learned that life belongs to the living. Unfortunately, we always lose someone we know, and it changes our lives.
We think we won't be able to go on. Even with the pain of loss, we may think we'll die without that person.

However, as time goes by, we learn to live with the pain. We learn to make it a part of us, to hide it behind a smile. We integrate it into our daily lives.

Time has taught me to appreciate the little things in life.
Over time, we value those peaceful minutes at dawn. We value those hugs from our children and our husbands even more. We value every bit of attention we receive. Even something as simple as a flower in the garden can brighten our day.

When I was younger, I preferred to always be out of the house. I went to the beach, parties, friends' houses, or museums.
However, now that I look back, I see that I didn't waste time in that regard. However, I worry about those who, instead, prefer to stay home staring at their phones.

Time has taught me not to waste time. That it is the most valuable resource I have.

Every day that passes, we need more time to achieve everything we set out to do.

Don't you sometimes feel like you don't have enough hours in the day?
Over the years, I've learned the value of making the most of the hours. At times, I've found myself doing three activities at the same time, just to make sure I have enough time.

However, time has also taught me that not everything can be work. Rest and play are also necessary. In fact, very necessary.

If I've learned anything over the years, it's that we can't work all the time. It's like pressing the accelerator pedal to the floor without slowing down.
Any engine would burn out.

@iriswrite ha tocado un tema muy complejo e interesante: el tiempo. Sobre este tema se ha escrito muchísimo, tanto en la ficción como en la ciencia y filosofía. Sin embargo, aún queda mucho, pero mucho por decir.
Esta vez hablaré solo de mí.

El tiempo es el Gran Maestro de la vida. A lo largo de los años he aprendido a que la vida es de los vivos. Por desgracia, siempre perdemos a alguien conocido y eso nos cambia la vida.
Pensamos que ya no vamos a poder seguir. Incluso, con el dolor de la pérdida, puede que pensemos que vamos morir también sin esa persona.
Sin embargo, con el paso del tiempo vamos aprendiendo a convivir con el dolor. Aprendemos a convertirlo en parte de nosotros, a ocultarlo detrás de una sonrisa. Lo integramos a nuestro quehacer diario.

El tiempo me enseñó a valorar las pequeñas cosas de la vida.
Con el tiempo valoramos esos minutos de paz al amanecer. Valoramos más esos abrazos de los hijos y de tu esposo. Cada atención recibida. Incluso, algo tan sencillo como una flor de jardín, puede alegrarnos el día.

Cuando más joven prefería estar siempre fuera de la casa. Me iba a la playa, a las fiestas, casas de mis amigos o museos.
Sin embargo, ahora que miro hacia atrás, veo que no perdí tiempo en ese aspecto. Sin embargo, me preocupan aquellos que, en lugar de hacerlo, prefieren quedarse en casa mirando a sus celulares.

El tiempo me ha enseñado a no perder el tiempo. A que él es el recurso más valioso que tengo.

Con los años he aprendido el valor de aprovechar al máximo las horas. En ocasiones me he encontrado realizando tres actividades al mismo tiempo, por tal de que el tiempo me alcance.

No obstante, el tiempo también me ha enseñado que no todo puede ser trabajo. El descanso y el juego también son necesarios. De hecho, muy necesarios.

Si algo he aprendido con el paso de los años, es que no podemos trabajar todo el tiempo. Es como pisar el acelerador del auto a fondo y sin desacelerar.
Cualquier motor se quemaría.

Por tanto, al igual que con el auto, en ocasiones debemos disminuir la velocidad, apretar el cloche, los frenos y desacelerar. Sobre todo en las curvas, para luego volver a pisar a fondo.

De ahí que, a pesar de la carga laboral y profesional que tenga, siempre es necesario hacer una pausa, refrescar, pasar tiempo de lujo en familia, para continuar el trabajo más adelante y con nuevas fuerzas.

El tiempo también me ha enseñado que la familia es lo más importante que tenemos. Es nuestra piedra angular, nuestro refugio ante cualquier tormenta.

Es a la familia a la que le debemos dedicar la mayor cantidad de tiempo y esfuerzo.
Todo lo que hagamos debemos hacerlo para mantenerla unida y feliz.
