First Time Luger - Maryhill Fall Freeride 2024

This was my first ever run on a street luge, taken place at the Maryhill Fall Freeride 2024. At first I was taken it slow, but I quickly started pushing my speed through the corners. Had a pro in the sport give me advice, and follow me down for most of the run. Really thankful for the community in this sport, and at these events.

Really liked how much more you can dive into, and grip the corners with a street luge. It wasn't till the bottom of the run that I was really taking the corners at speed, because I wasn't actually sure hoow the luge would handle, but I was feeling pretty cofident by the end oof the run! Definitely fun, but one hell of a ab work out!
