I realize I am always a professional "sweeper" in the eyes of many colleagues as they tend to expect me to sweep up the remains and tidy up the mess they created. And this is something that people tend to take it for granted because they know the tidying up most likely will be assigned to me because I know how to whole system work and I know who to look for to help wrap up everything.

And this is a skillset that I've learned throughout these years which is frustrating to learn but a great knowledge to keep. And when the time comes, these valuable skills and knowledge that I pick up will be brought away by me when I leave the company where others might treasure this skillset more. While I love the work I do and excel in it, being taken advantage of is not something that I like.
