During inspection of the materials used for construction, the supervisor felt something was amiss. He asked for the workers and questioned them, why are the materials delivered by the supplier cast iron instead of reinforced steel.

He is really worried because for the building that is to be constructed will not be able to hold itself up proper if cast iron is being used. He quickly ring up the supplier and questioned them.

To his surprise, the order made by his management is really for cast iron because of the lack of budget. And now this becomes a problem because he know that using cast iron for construction will spell disaster but there is no other materials for him to proceed.

The only thing he can do now is to escalate this to his next level as this involves safety issues.
