Mary was an expert baker and started a home business to bake from home and sell them to her customers whom ordered from her online.

And whenever I visit her place, I always see a red hot oven in action baking some good stuff. And being her good friend, I always get to be the "guinea pig" to do a quality check before she packs them into nicely decorated boxes and ship it to her customers.

Her pastries were always crispy on the outside and pack with loads of flavouring on the inside. And because of the quality of her pastries, her orders are always filled and she will stop taking order when she cannot cope to ensure the quality is sustained.

I asked her if she wanted to get more people to help but she said, "I am not going to expand beyond what I can do, let's just keep it that way."
