To be honest, when I think of my second worst relationship, it has to be with my director. While on the surface it might seem like I am in agree with all the things that he do, to be honest, the way he is treating me is something that I can never concur.

To others, I might look like his right hand man where he will be looking for me to things that he need to assign me, but deep in me, it felt like summoning like a dog and clearing all the unwanted task that he didn't want to do.

Things got worse recently that he made me work way longer than my normal working hours late into the night because he is reviewing a deck of slides with my vice president and he only informed me to prepare the slides 3 hours prior to the review while he went out to have a sumptuous dinner with our supplier.

Sometimes I wonder, should I just let him know that, I have a family and I do need to eat as well. While he worries for his review, I also have my own personal priorities.

Probably time to rethink at how I should be working for this company.
