There are many meetings that happen in a workplace and in these meetings, many different characters can be seen from different individuals. There are some whom are very cooperative always trying to ensure meetings are efficient and meeting outcomes meet the objectives. But there are others whom are just coming in to stir up the meeting, rebuking ideas shared and insisting that whatever the team is trying to achieve through the meeting is a waste of time.

While sometimes, some questioning on problem statement or direction helps the team with reality checks or ensuring everyone is onboard the same problem, meetings are meant to either align difference or to come to a conclusion so that the team can work on and push towards completion of project milestones. And at times, I really wish to just tell off these disruptive folks that we are here for a meeting and it's not a debate to see who can argue and carry their own point better.

Meeting efficiency is key in today's context especially when online meeting is getting more and more prevalent.
