There are many cases of harassment that we see in the workplace. It could be cross-gender or even from the same gender. No matter how, we should not be silent when you feel that someone is harassing you.

Whenever one starts to feel uneasy, we need to put a stop to it before the next level of harass occurs because being silent will be taken as not having any concerns during the initial attempt of harass. While it might be tough because harass can come from people of power and by voicing out, we might lose our job at the workplace.

And to make matters worse, if we do not voice out, the one harassing will become bolder and who knows there will be another victim. Our workplace should not be a nest for harassers to breed and on the contrary, they need to be stopped to ensure we have a safe environment to work in.
