When we work at our workplace, while we are hired to provide solutions to problems faced by the company be it with production, finances or even just day to day operations, sometimes we do get taken for granted for the things we do and being treated like a lifeform of lower tier.

Sometimes problems that we faced are not as easy as it seems and we either discuss with our peers or discuss with our supervisors. But there are many instances that when you tell your supervisor a problem and want to discuss about it, the first thing they ask you is, "You got a solution?" And when this happens, I start asking myself, how did a discussion to find a solution become me providing a solution right at the start.

While they are my supervisors, but without even discussing and trying to understand the situation, all they want is a solution. I guess sometimes people at the top are just too used having people solve their problems and their brains are a little rusty to even suggest a solution.
