In modern days where the rich and poor gap starts to widen, there are many people that fall between the crack and end up going under the poverty line. While many efforts have been put together to balance the gap, there are still many that need the help of those more well to do.

As such many companies adopt in corporate social responsibility activities and having themselves adopting of an association of the good to be able to serve their community better. From campaigns to donations, a myriad of activities have been organized so as to encourage employees to care for their community.

However, one need to be wary when trying too hard to look good by doing such activities. For some, I know their heart truly goes out to those whom really need, but we need to mindful that there might be some whom engage in such activities just to get some fame for themselves but without the right mindset. And we should all be mindful if anyone ask you to join their campaign, do some sanity check to ensure your help will truly go to the right beneficiaries.
