It is actually a very scary scene to walk into a room where it is filled with colleagues whom try to applaud me when I enter. While most of the time it could be a birthday session where they want to celebrate my birthday for me, but there are times when it come something.

I did had such an encounter before where it was not a celebration but instead, it was a situation whereby everyone waiting for my arrival to take up a dirty work that no one wanted to take up. This was a meeting that I did not want to attend as I had a number of items on my plate and this meeting was my lowest priority.

So as that moment when I stepped into the meeting, everyone looked like they saw a savior because I am known to be able to solve these difficult problems which they are facing. I knew the atmosphere and quickly picked up my phone, faked being called by a supervisor and slowly slithered out of the room to avoid being assign the task.

Few minutes later, a fellow colleague dropped me a text and mentioned that I was really fast in escaping as he was the next in line to get assigned the task.
