Every few years, a new flu variant will appear and bring fear to the people. Day by day viruses are getting stronger and standard antibiotics are no longer able to cure these newly appeared variant.

Many a times, this is a result of people not listening to doctor's instructions when taking antibiotics where doses are taken to completion. And when this happens, the virus gains stronger immunity and a much stronger drug is needed to overcome this new one.

However, there is a fundamental thing that we all need to actually do. That is to eat well, rest well and live well. With all the junk food now easily available, this is one thing that we need to guard against. As much as you can, do select healthier food options. Rest well, with the advancement of technology, sleep time for people is reducing and causing a toil in our health. By able to catch more rest and eating well, we will truly live well and strengthen our natural immunity to fend against such new variants.
