Many a times, people like to plot against others but little did they know, as they plot, others might be plotting. And in an even worst situations, without even others plotting, we might get a dose of something unwelcome.

This is something that is so regular in the workplace in modern days and especially so in multinational companies. Doing proper work is no longer the priority, but thwarting the success of fellow colleagues in order for one to promote becomes the priority instead. This is such an unfortunate situation because the strength of a multinational company is its people but when the people are not working together, it becomes units of self centered interest. No longer as powerful but cracking from within.

If everyone can spend 1 hour less on plotting against one another, we would have been able to harness so much effects of work.
