I guess at our core, we struggle still with the concept of decentralization in terms of organization and power. I'm guessing most Hiveians expect someone to handle onboarding, growth, all those nice things we all secretly want, someone with authority (unlike myself, is what would be in most people's minds). I know I, for one, certainly think this way.
Good reminder that anyone can make a difference. Both on and off Hive mayhaps :)

Hi, thanks for your words! Of course, being decentralized brings challenges for onboarding and registration. But that’s exactly what I love about it – especially while I'm constantly being blocked, censored, or restricted over at Meta.
Decentralization and "crypto-blogging" are our core USPs, along with being open-source and so on. What’s missing, however, is external marketing: webinars, videos, presentations, and a unified brand presence.
We are currently working on a blog post to address these challenges directly and, ideally, find a solution. It’s logical that HIVE is more complicated than Facebook or other platforms. But that wouldn’t be a fundamental issue if we provided better onboarding support and had high-quality explainer videos in all languages.
90k for a lady who supposedly built a brand here? That money would have been much better spent elsewhere...

If she would have build a strong brand, then 90K would be OK, but apparently there is no Hive brand and a negative user trend. And it is not that she so far did all for free, she got from valueplan app. 70K HBD and 216K Hive.
