Non-educated guess here. But look at those support level retests. After popping above this level over the last 5 days and now appealingly unable to fall below it, I think we're ready for the next leg up. The consolidation has occurred. Just my two cents, not financial advice. Perhaps should I say, my 0.02 HBD.
