Spotlight

Society has made us to believe that we need to achieve something grand before we can celebrate wholeheartedly. The excitement we get from promotions, admissions, new jobs, houses, cars, and many picture-perfect aspects of our lives is second to none. It's a good thing to celebrate our big wins but we also need to celebrate our little wins too.

I think the only time I supported villains in movies was during the days when I was very tender—those early years when we used to hope that the 'actor' (hero) would kill the 'boss' (villain) quickly because we didn't want the good guy (actor/hero) to suffer.

Peace of mind is the main thing for me. First, grounding. In the past year, I have liked grounding. This grounding is a simple thing where we walk on grass or on the ground, and after that it gives back energy to us.
