Power of gratitude

We have a lot to be thankful for in our lives. As it is said that beauty lies in the eyes of a beholder. In the same way , the realisation of the blessings present in our everyday life can only be seen by those eyes that are grateful and that can see the wonders of nature playing as key players in their lives!!
Now a days everybody is focusing on the importance of gratitude for mental health and personal well-being .
The more you are grateful in your life, the more it has a compounding effect on your circumstances.!!
When we focus on our blessings, we stop complaining and start embracing the challenges!!
Thus , the mindset of gratitude shifts our attitude towards life.we become more optimistic, and as a result , we work harder and with more sincerity!!
Now, the question is how to incorporate this habit in our daily lives?
There are a lot of apps that are created to encourage us to journal the best moments of our lives , the positive experiences, and to record the gifts bestowed upon us!!
We can also create a handmade journal, which would be called a gratitude journal!! Every day , you can mention five things you r grateful for in your lives!!
There are hundreds of journaling prompts that boost your sense of gratitude and promote the peace of mind as a result!!
Thankfulness is a trait that should be taught to the children when they are growing up. It is ingrained in human nature or even in the nature of animals that if somebody helps them or supports them , they naturally respond with gratitude!!
Remember , the wonder Thank you is one of those three magic words that are taught to us when we are young!!
This is my personal belief that if we acknowledge the favours of others and especially our God or the mother nature , we get multiple rewards in return.!!
In short , this is my personal experience and observation that gratitude is a key factor in a person's success and achievements. Give it a shot, and you will ultimately reap the benefits and see the results much sooner than you expect.!!
