Breaking the matrix

We all have some thoughts that limit us that keep us waiting until the perfect time arrives, but life doesn't work that way. Life needs action. Quick action.!!!

We all are wired in a way that keeps us comfortable in familiar surroundings and situations.

But life is not as simple as it seems. Its a little bit more complicated than that. It pushes you through your comfort zone and pulls you into demanding situations . The situations that stretch you , evolve you, and transform u into someone totally different than when u were when u started the journey in the first place.!!!

The matrix makes you conventional, narrow-minded, and rigid in your approach towards life. But the real and authentic life is outside it!! A life in which you r the creator , the curator, and the driving force of your path!!

This path is full of novelty, excitement, growth, and a lot of learning along the way!!

It's a route to exploration and authenticity!!

At the same time , it challenges you and makes you uncomfortable at times.

But if you are a true fighter , you will brave the difficulties during the journey through real effort , passion and courage!!

If we choose to have a growth mindset, we will have to break the matrix and reach beyond the limits that are created by society. But who makes the society?

Society is made up of me and you and everybody around us . So it is rightly said that we are our own limit. We are the matrix !!

In order to escape the matrix, we will have to fight with ourselves.!! Who are we? We are made up of our beliefs. These beliefs shape our course of action.

Through introspection, we can gauge our limitations, the illusions, and the perceptions.

These illusions are actually the misconceptions that shape our inner world. Then , they reflect in our outer world!!

As it is rightly said that we should listen to our body , we should listen to our thoughts as well. There is a huge difference between listening and following.

We listen to a lot of people every day. Do we follow them too? Only when they make sense to us. In the same way, our thoughts should also be dealt with.we should only be influenced by our thoughts if they are real, true, and reasonable. Otherwise, we can always reject them , discard them, or distract them or at least try to find the source from which these thoughts are being created in our minds.

Mostly, these thoughts are deeply rooted in the conditioning from our childhood.

And what are the external influences that inject these thoughts in our minds?

Of course, the primary influences are parents and siblings , our teachers, friends, and our close relatives. Then , gradually, the circle expands. Our conditioning depends on our social circle , our co-workers , our partners, our colleagues, etc.

Breaking the matrix is the real key to exploring your authentic self . It helps u to find your inner voice and break through your limits .In short , it promotes to unlock your true potential.!!
