Early in the morning, birds
are being loud outside,
beside, I am going away
one more time, as any other day,
could I stay, I don't know,
you reap what you sow,
but above and below,
this joke will not fly,
I tell you why:
I like to make plans,
good plans, big plans,
in the end, once I hit send,
they change right away,
could I stay, I don't know?

The pigeon is here for the show,
I was thinking so far in advance,
for the sake of romance,
like a warrior, Comanche,
full fight stance, I forget to look in front of me,
wil you let me be?

All these unanswered questions
are seeping through, I tell you,
I use to have so many dreams,
when I was younger than you,
I bet you do too, and one day
I wake up, and it was to late,
Too late to come back
to my dream realm,
I am stuck here,
between a plumber job,
that needs to be done in the weekend,
and my own job,
that needs to be done most of the days,

Nothing stays
here forever,
given enough time,
even the stars die.
