This anime has its flaws, some things bother me more with hindsight (or at least that's what I think), but overall it's a good series and worth watching.

Yeah, every anime has a certain flaw, may it be a minor or a major one, but still it's the enjoyment that matters the most.
Yes, although both are connected. A person chooses what gives him pleasure, and these specific flaws do not bother him.
