A Daily Word In French (#27)

Hello friends it’s the beginning of a new week already and I’m wishing you all a good day and a fantastic week ahead of you , and to all my fellow learners & #education lovers i hope you have a great time with this quick read!
Today’s word is DONNER and it means to give. I have been teaching more of verbs lately because they are a very important part of speech and as they imply, «action words« they make descriptions and image visualisation easy even if you don’t know the perfect conjugation at the given time we still make sense out of it.
Now, I consider Donner very important because it is used in both physical and emotional expressions. You can give objects, time, help, or even attention so it is a simple word that could mean something very deep or affectionate like love or sadness yet it is just a 2 syllable word, Donner.
Pronunciation is like( do-nay) do nayyy = to give
Je donne = I give
J’ai donné = I have given
You can easily use donné as past tense. Remember the é
The accent (mark on it Is the uniqueness) NB
Tu donnes — You give
Nous donnons — We give

Donne moi l’argent — give me money
Je donne un cadeau — I give a gift
Nous donnons du temps — We give time

This word makes communication a bit easy and balanced In the sense that we can express our desires and feelings or wants and also life is not only about taking but givin, that is the balance.
