Think Again
(Edited)
I stood at the edge of the room.
Everyone else had already nodded. Smiled. Agreed.
For a moment, I wondered if I had misunderstood something.
Then I noticed the silence.
Not one question. Not a single hesitation.
I raised mine.
The room froze.
The man avoided my eyes, repeating the same words he had said before.
That was enough. I shook my head.
I walked away.
Later, I learned what had happened to those who jumped in.
The opportunity collapsed.
The rewards vanished.
The excitement turned into regret.
No luck saved me. No secret knowledge.
Just one simple thing most people forget:
When everyone is rushing, stop and observe.
That’s usually where the trap waits.
