Can Amped Zapper Stop Bloodlings?
In Soulkeep, you can encounter many types of Fiends, but the one that made me most nervous in battles was the Bloodlings. They're the weakest monsters in terms of strength, but their danger lies not in their attack, but in their numbers and speed. They suddenly attack you in huge numbers, all running at breakneck speeds, as if they were racing and this makes them easily outrun defenses if you're not well prepared.
The biggest time I lost was because of them, as the regular single-target towers couldn't keep up with the quantity and speed, and I found myself overwhelmed in moments. So I started looking for a real solution to stop this creep, and that's when I found a tower on the market called Amped Zapper.
For me, this tower has become a real savior on any map with Bloodlings. It has an attack system called Chain Attack, meaning that the attack is transmitted from one enemy to the next like electricity, which is ideal against large, fast groups. A single hit can hit two targets at once and with each move, the damage increases by 1.2%, meaning the hit is more powerful when moved.
This tower also has a low fire interval, meaning it hits every 1.5 seconds, making it very effective against fast fiends. Its magic damage ranges between 120 and 200, meaning even a relatively strong monster can be finished off with one or two hits. The only problem is that its uses are limited to four, but if used at the right time and place, it will turn the tide.
You can equip one or two Amped Zappers at the beginning of the map, especially in narrow passages, so that when Bloodlings approach, they'll be electrocuted a second before they even think to approach. If you're still having trouble with them, try this tower and you'll see the difference.
