In my previous post, I mentioned that I consulted 41 patients on Monday. Surprisingly, on Tuesday, I consulted exactly the same number; 41! Hence, it was a somewhat busy day at work. In the visa medical section, a good number of people came for the fitness tests. I had to examine some of them.

The person whose BP was found very high on the previous day returned on Tuesday. Unfortunately, the given medicines couldn't lower his BP satisfactorily. Considering some factors, I gave him the fit stamp but asked him to come for a follow-up after one week! I hope that you will come for the follow-up so that more evaluation can be done for him.

I had a 15-minute treadmill walk after lunch on Tuesday. I had a second 15-minute walk after 10 pm. This 30-minute walk in total helped me reach 13,676 steps, according to the Fitbit App!

It sounds like you've had quite a hectic week with a steady stream of patients.
It's great that you're keeping a close eye on the patient with high BP and ensuring he comes back for follow-up.
