Last night I had the chance to capture the atmosphere at a busy shopping center in North Aceh. Various types of merchandise were neatly displayed, ranging from affordable clothing to various household equipment.
The bright lights added to the lively atmosphere of the night, attracting the attention of residents passing by to stop by to shop. Large banners that read "WAREHOUSE SALE OBRAAAL" and "CHEAP CLOTHES" seemed to be the main magnet for discount hunters.
This place is proof of the economic vitality of the people in the region, where creativity and the spirit of trading still continue to burn in the middle of the night.
