My Actifit Report Card: January 28 2026

I start my morning by enjoying a cup of hot coffee, its distinctive and calming aroma. Each sip feels like a boost of energy before starting my work in the rice fields. Once my mood is calm and my body is refreshed, I rush to the rice fields to continue my planned work. Morning dew still clings to the leaves as I step into the middle of the field ready for cultivation.

Once I reach the rice fields, I begin to weed the weeds that have grown quite thickly in some areas. This work requires extra effort due to the muddy and slippery soil. However, seeing the results of my work gradually brings a sense of satisfaction. After that, I continue leveling the soil so it will be ready for the next planting. Even though I'm sweating, I still enjoy every bit of the process.

In the afternoon, I decide to rest at home. After cleaning myself, I sit on the porch, enjoying the cool breeze. The sound of chirping birds adds a peaceful atmosphere to the hot day. This rest time is an important moment to recharge after the hard work that has been done since the morning, before continuing with my activities that afternoon.

Towards evening, I return to the rice fields to finish up any unfinished work. The sky began to change color, signaling that dusk was approaching. After finishing work, I stood for a moment, gazing at the beauty of the sun slowly setting behind the expanse of rice paddies and the sparkling water.
