COTI - How to Solve not able to connect to MetaMask...

Hey All,

I have a decent investment in #COTI and #gCOTi tokens. And when I say decent actually its worth $10K+ and I have close to 155K+ tokens of #coti and #gcoti which is the goverance token of the COTi blockchain. Here is the snapshot of my stake on the Coti treasury which is getting close to 35% APR at the moment.

Also since Coti moved to COTI V2 and as part of the V2 airdrop campaign, I am receive a total of 12K+ $COTI V2 tokens which is an extra bonus here that is helping me to build a good stake here. There has been many instances where I have swapped #coti with the profits that I have made from my investmenet in other coins like #rune, #atom and as matter of fact from #vet and #vtho.

Coming to the point on how to resolve the error while connecting to metamask. But before that we need to know Coti.treasury has sifted to EVM and the Coti V2 token is an ERC20 token and inoders to stake tokens in coti.treasury one needs to connect their ETH wallet via the metamask. Assumuing you have linked you ETH wallet and now you try to connect to COTI network via the metamask and you see the conecting button spinning and you are unable to connect to the network means that you have not logged into the Metamask here. Some application will pop up the loging screen of the metamask and you are good to connect to the application once logged in. But there in case of connecting to the COTi network via the metamask you will not be able to connect until and unless you have logged in Metamask.

There is no metamask auto pop screen coming up and hence you will need to manually first connect to your metamask and once done then visit the Coti Treasury and then try to connect. Its then only you will get the above screen to stating - sign "Signature Request" connecting to COTi treasury confirmation and once confirmed you are all set to enter the treasury and do what ever you like i.e. deposit, withdraw or manage deposit etc etc. This is all simple but unless you dont know it it becomes frustrating and then you try to do something which could lead to more frustration and at times reaching out the discord you can also see scammers trying to scam inorder to help you with this error solving. Therefore be vigilant and safe guard your funds. Remember always not your keys not your wallet and while resolving these simple error first try to see what wrong steps you have taken or do a simple AI search and see if the solution provided there can help you get rid of the error.
