Amazon Shopping - Customer Support Services has gone REALLY BAD...

Online shopping then for me its most of time Amazon and to be honest I have been shopping on Amazon for many years now as they provide the competitive prices plus so far the experience has been great overall in all regards. But off lately I have been observing that the Customer Support Services experience has been really bad. At time there are issue tied to the delivery of the orders and you need to reach out to the customer support. I remember earlier while speaking to the Amazon support personnel they were really very good in terms of spoken English and they knew how to handle the customers who was really having a bad experience. And overall they were able to provide a response that was satisfying and one could say that ok there could be a mistake so lets move on.

Here is the list of orders that I had to return due to bad quality and also it took time for the refund to return. Well refund was not a problem it was more tied to the delivery dates which kept changing and upon talking to the support person he kept on saying the same thing which I could see on the App. He has no other thing to say and it was looking like all what he is speaking is scripted and the way the person was speaking it looked like a broken English. I had a doubt and questioned him are you really a support person of Amazon or the support services has been outsourced. And the answer was quite expected that no Sir I am from Amazon only and so forth to which I didn't believe at all. Anyways this was not the first experience that I had and I thought to give it a benefit of doubt and moved on to buying other things from Amazon. But then again same experience I had to go through while connecting with the Support and this time it was quite obvious that the Support services has been outsourced and to the company it doesn't matter what customer would be facing its all about the money game. You save on some services better outsource it and move it. They have a lot of customers, for sure but until when? Slowly gradually when other customers would be facing similar issue I am sure in no time the things would change and people would start looking for other options. I myself have sifted a bit to Flipkart and other portal but still the dependency on Amazon is a lot as I don't have much options here. Lets see how things pan out in near future. Will things change or will it get worse time is gonna tell. But would love to hear if you all are having similar kinds of an issue or it only with me. Sorry about your experience…I also heard my mentor complain bitterly about them. The fact that he didn’t get what he wanted and the return process was even more terrible. The back and forth was a lot to grapple with
