ACKO Car Insurance - Prompt with Approvals & Service At Door Step...

As promised this post is in continuation with my experience with ACKO Car Insurance - Good Experience So Far with them. In my earlier post I talked about how coinvent it was to raise a claim with ACKO Car Insurance and now I will talk a bit more on the approvals given and the on door car pick up service at customer convenience. So here is the story as soon as I had raised the claim for my car damage, I was scheduled for a call with the Acko insurance company agent and to my surprise the time that was mentioned in schedule I got the call at that time only which is like 1:00 PM and they were on spot calling in the stipulated time frame. The discussion with the agent went fine and I explained him what had happened and how the car had a collision with an Auto Rickshaw. Overall he was convinced and then he explained me the next steps which is outlined as follows::

• Car pickup by Acko agent
• Acko garage to come back with the cost estimate
• Discuss the cost as to how much I would need to pay and insurance company would cover and once we agree the work at the garage will start
• I was shared with the estimate and my share to be paid to which I agreed
• Estimated time for the car repair and the date of delivery of the car was also shared.

Here is the snapshot which I have taken from the Acko App and it will explain the process more clearly. Just have a look and I am sure you will be impressed as to how the whole process is outlined from Car claim raised to the Car delivery back to the customer.

So you can clearly track the progress on the ACKO App is all what I am trying to say. From Claim request to tracking the repair work until the car delivery is done it all at one place. There is also the work order released which showcases the total repair cost which is around Rs.21K+; Acko pays 14K+ and I need to pay around Rs.6K+ here which I think is fair enough considering I didn't have the bumper to bumper claim included in my car insurance policy. Once the approval was given by the insurance company the garage where the car was taken the owner also called me to confirm on the rates and if there is anything else that requires attention in the car which they can fix for me at a separate cost. I had some work tied to some denting and painting along with some service of the card air conditioner to which he agreed to check and that would be a separate charge and to which I agreed. So in all I would say opting for the ACKO Car Insurance was not at all a bad decision here considering the high class service they provided. The door step delivery is great else you can imagine a hell lot of work to be done when once is in such a scenario and I just hop people just stay away from it as much as possible. In conclusion I can happily recommend my friends ACKO insurance company if they are giving you a competitive rate when compared to your existing insurer. Save on that money as for sure Acko is here to stay considering the top notch service they are providing their customers... cheers
