That can be addressed already without any change in Hive code, it is no different than any other asset management that includes the "bus factor". One thing is to add to your active authority all your relevant family members AND another key that you will safely store in your "last will". You can set weight and threshold in a way that for example 3 out of your 5 listed family members are needed along with the key from "last will" to execute that.

Interesting way to resolve the issue.
It would be a discussion to be raised at a high level within governance, and you seem to be the only witness who got the message.
I would appreciate it if you could spread the word about the idea among the witnesses, so that it can be voted on as a modification to be considered within personal wallets.
