Saludos estimados amigos de la comunidad hogareña de @homesolutions , espero que estén disfrutando de un excelente domingo en este fin de semana.
Paso por acá para mostrarles una reparación y el mantenimiento de algunos de los equipos de aire acondicionado que tengo en mi residencia, y dejarle algunas recomendaciones.

Hace ya varias semanas el aire de mi cuarto estaba derramando agua, lo cual indica que el ramal de desagüe está tapado con suciedad y hay que lavarlo. Pero en el momento no disponía de los recursos para hacerle el mantenimiento, y dejé pasar el tiempo, esperando que llegaran los recursos.

Para colmo de males, el equipo que tengo en la sala, que es el que más se usa debido al calor que se genera en la cocina, hizo un sonido raro en el compresor y no siguió enfriando.

Así pasaron los días y las semanas hasta que un día le consulté a un amigo para que me recomendara un buen técnico que no cobrara tan caro y que fuese responsable porque en mi casa tengo cinco aires y hacerle mantenimiento a todos, al mismo tiempo, es muy costoso.

Yo tenía un técnico de mi confianza que no cobraba tan caro, pero se mudó muy lejos y no tiene vehículo, lo cual dificulta el traslado, y llevarlo y traerlo se me complica.

Afortunadamente mi amigo tenía un primo que hace el mantenimiento por 25 dólares, pero como eran varios equipos, me los dejaba en 20 dólares y era de su entera confianza.

Así que lo llamé para hacerle el mantenimiento a tres equipos y también le pregunté si podía revisar el aire de la sala que había dejado de enfriar y me dijo que lo haría.

El técnico comenzó a trabajar y mientras lo hacía me indicaba que las cónsulas no estaban bien instaladas porque los desagües no tenían la pendiente adecuada y por eso se acumulaba el sucio y me indicó varias cosas que podía hacer para solucionarlo.

Luego de hacer el mantenimiento a los tres equipos, su subió a la azotea para revisar el equipo dañado y consiguió que los cables del suministro de energía al compresor estaban quemados posiblemente a causa de los constantes apagones.

Enseguida recordé que ese compresor lo había cambiado recientemente, pero gracias a Dios no sufrió daños, por lo cual solo bastó con reemplazar los cables. Sin embargo, cuando revisó la consola se dio cuenta que no estaba enviando la señal al compresor para el arranque y solo lo hacía cuando le daba un golpe. Enseguida me dijo que era el relé y me dio la tarjeta para que lo comprara.

De verdad que yo dudé que ese fuese el problema, pero igual fui a comprarlo y solo me costó 3 dólares. Cuando se lo entregué al técnico procedió a soldarlo a la tarjeta y al probar el equipo funcionó todo a la perfección.

Allí fue cuando se disiparon mis dudas y supe que el señor era conocedor de la materia. Además muy honesto, porque otro me dice que es la tarjeta para cobrar más.

Entonces la historia tuvo un feliz final. Conocí a un buen técnico que no solo sabe limpiar aires, sino también repararlos con responsabilidad y honestidad.

Como recomendaciones les digo que cuando un equipo bota mucha agua, no solo es por falta de mantenimiento, sino por problemas en la instalación de la consola.

Cuando vayan a instalar un aire nuevo contraten personas que conozcan del tema para que lo coloquen de manera correcta, porque un aire bien instalado requiere mantenimiento más prolongado.

Hay muchos que dicen ser técnicos pero solo se dedican a lavar aires y no tienen mayor conocimiento del funcionamiento de los equipos.

Otra cosa importe es colocarle un protector de voltaje a toda la casa o en su defecto a cada equipo para evitar que se quemen los contactos por las interrupciones de luz.

Estos equipos son costosos y muy necesarios para nuestro hogar, así que hay que pensar la mejor forma de mantenerlos.

Repair and maintenance of air conditioners in my home

I had a technician I trusted who did not charge so much, but he moved far away and has no vehicle, which makes it difficult to move, and bringing him back and forth is complicated for me.

Fortunately my friend had a cousin who does maintenance for $ 25, but as there were several teams, I left them in $ 20 and was his entire confidence.

So I called him to do maintenance on three teams and also asked if he could check the air in the room that had stopped cooling and said he would.

The technician began to work and while doing so I indicated that the consoles were not properly installed because the drains did not have the proper slope and therefore accumulated the dirt and told me several things I could do to fix it.

After servicing the three teams, his went up to the roof to check the damaged equipment and found that the power supply cables to the compressor were burned possibly because of the constant outages.

I immediately remembered that the compressor had recently changed, but thank God was not damaged, so it was enough just to replace the wires. However, when he checked the console he realized that it was not sending the signal to the compressor to start and only did so when he gave it a blow. He immediately told me it was the relay and gave me the card to buy it.

I really doubted that this was the problem, but I still went to buy it and it only cost me 3 dollars. When I gave it to the technician he proceeded to solder it to the board and when I tested the equipment everything worked perfectly.

That was when my doubts were dispelled and I knew that the man was knowledgeable in the matter. Also very honest, because someone else tells me that it is the card to charge more.

Then the story had a happy ending. I met a good technician who not only knows how to clean air, but also repair them with responsibility and honesty.

As recommendations I say that when an equipment leaks a lot of water, it is not only for lack of maintenance, but by problems in the installation of the console.

When you go to install a new air hire people who know the subject to place it correctly, because a properly installed air requires longer maintenance.

There are many who claim to be technicians but only engaged in washing air and have no knowledge of the operation of the equipment.

Another important thing is to place a voltage protector to the whole house or failing that each team to avoid burning contacts by power outages.

These teams are expensive and very necessary for our home, so you have to think the best way to maintain them.
