Saludos apreciados amigos de @hivefood, es un gusto para mi escribir nuevamente para la gente que disfruta de la buena sazón.
En esta oportunidad les comparto una visita que hice junto a mi familia al restaurante Drilos ubicado en la ciudad de Cabudare.
Fue exactamente el día del cumpleaños numero 23 de mi hija, Fuimos allí a celebrarlo con un delicioso almuerzo porque ya nos habían comentado que la comida es muy buena y que preparaban unos deliciosos tostones inflados, por lo cual decidimos constatarlo por nuestros propios medios.
Al entrar fuimos recibido por el vigilante quien estaba a la entrada y nos indicó en cual de los dos sitios queríamos sentarnos,ya que existe la planta baja y la planta alta, preferimos quedarnos en planta baja, acomodándonos cada uno a la mesa, por lo que de inmediato nos atendió una chica muy cariñosa y con una linda sonrisa, ofreciendo y mostrando la carta contentiva de todo los platos que ellos ofrecen.
El ambiente es muy agradable con una decoración bastante moderna, donde predominan los colores marrón y un verde pastel con detalles minimalistas. También habían unas mesas con bancas acolchadas de color beige, sus paredes decoradas con madera y algunas otras texturizadas con hermoso diseños.

Ese día en planta alta estaban celebrando un cumpleaños privado de una señora, habían como quince personas. Hay personas que van almorzar y deciden llevar su torta y solo comprar lo que van a consumir. esta idea me parece excelente, a como están las cosas en Venezuela es buena idea.

En mi caso al revisar observe que ofrecen varios tipos de pescado, como ami me encanta el pescado, ordene un pescado frito al preguntarle a la mesera me informó que es una curvina frita entera de 300 gramos a compañada con tostones y una deliciosa ensalada con un toque dulce de zanahoria con repollo rayado, a esta le colocaron un preparado con mayonesa que le daba el mejor toque, fue muy rápido el servicio tardó alrededor de veinte minutos para traerlo hasta la mesa.

Al degustar el platillo, me hizo recordar como si estuviese a orillas de la playa, me encanto, estaba muy rico, crujiente, hasta los huesosos me los deguste, al igual los tostones también estaban ricos y crujientes. Como bebida nos tomamos unas cervezas.

Realmente recomiendo este lugar por la calidad de la comida, agradable ambiente, excelente atención y un lugar muy acogedor, adecuado para cualquier tipo de reunión.

Greetings dear friends of @hivefood, it is a pleasure for me to write again for people who enjoy good food.
This time I share with you a visit I made with my family to Drilos restaurant located in the city of Cabudare.
It was exactly the day of my daughter's 23rd birthday. We went there to celebrate it with a delicious lunch because we had already been told that the food is very good and that they prepared delicious puffed tostones, so we decided to check it out for ourselves.
Upon entering we were greeted by the guard who was at the entrance and told us which of the two places we wanted to sit, since there is the first floor and upstairs, we preferred to stay on the first floor, accommodating each of us to the table, so we were immediately attended by a very affectionate girl with a nice smile, offering and showing the menu containing all the dishes they offer.
The atmosphere is very pleasant with a very modern decoration, where brown and pastel green colors predominate with minimalist details. There were also some tables with beige upholstered benches, its walls decorated with wood and some others textured with beautiful designs.

That day upstairs they were celebrating a private birthday of a lady, there were about fifteen people. There are people who are going to have lunch and decide to take their cake and only buy what they are going to consume. I think this is an excellent idea, as things are in Venezuela it is a good idea.

In my case when I checked I noticed that they offer several types of fish, as I love fish, I ordered a fried fish when I asked the waitress she informed me that it is a whole fried curvina of 300 grams accompanied with tostones and a delicious salad with a sweet touch of carrot with shredded cabbage, to this they put a preparation with mayonnaise that gave the best touch, the service was very fast, it took about twenty minutes to bring it to the table.

When I tasted the dish, it reminded me of being at the beach, I loved it, it was very tasty, crunchy, even the bones I tasted them, as well as the tostones, which were also tasty and crunchy. As a drink we had a few beers.
