that's the hardest part of any program though, isn't it? When I decided that I was going to lose weight and bring down my BP the biggest part was making a plan and then sticking with it. Most of it consisted of getting my shopping done and stocking up the fridge with things that both taste good and aren't terrible for you. I'm sure this just sounds obvious but that was a big part of it for me.
