MCGI TOPIC REVIEW: HEARING BUT NOT LISTENING TO GOD'S WORD

There is a difference between hearing and making use of what you have heard. Some people only just hear but they refuse to put into practice what they have heard. We have the hearers and we have the doers.

This is why the bible says, blessed are the hearers and the doers of God's words. There is always a blessing that is attached if you listen to the word of God and always do them. Some only hear they they will turn to strong minds and not do them, while some turns both deaf ears and strong minds. These people will not receive the full blessing from God.

Those people who have heard the truth as commanded by God but still goes ahead to worship idols, commit immorality, steal, engage in all sorts of evils will be judged by God if they do not repent. This is why as Christians, we must always be the hearer and doer of what God has said so that out lifes can be a good mirror to those who are not obeying the wills of God.
