Today I have for you a few photos that I took in the Žumberak Mountains, huts and bridges, all made of wood and in harmony with this beautiful nature. And yes, it would be wonderful to have something like this, to come to when it's the hardest, to find solace in this beautiful nature.

I took the photos with a Nikon D750, 50mm lens, f/1.8, manual mode, RAW format required, variable ISO and shutter speed. Processing in Photoshop - Camera Raw Filter.

These huts feel like a real escape from everything. The way the wood blends into the trees, no fuss, just quiet and raw beauty. The second one’s roof gives it that proper mountain barn feel, like something you’d stumble upon while hiking but want to stay at. Solitude like that? That’s the stuff that sticks with you.
