Apa kabar? We also have Family Mart here in the Philippines, I haven't tried requesting to serve the bento meal in a warm temperature, I think they can do that and many other Japanese restaurants like Tokyo Tokyo, I seldom go to these places 😊

they have microwave there, so you should be able to ask them for a reheat. They have deep fryer and oven too
