In my case, I usually can eat 3 loaves each meal for breakfast or brunch and 3 more for dinner or supper. Sometimes, 3 for snacks when doing some homework online. Basically, I finish 3-8 slices in 1 day but I suggest for a healthy lifestyle 2 slices per day is enough which is good for 4 days if you have 8 slices of loaves. I switched my daily meal from rice to bread since last year when I met vegetarian and vegan people, I like loaf bread to be toasted or filled with jam. In this photo, the loaves were filled with Blueberry jam. The chocolate sprinkles on a loaf bread looks delicious too, thanks for sharing.
