Which is better now? To stake for usd payout or to stake onchain for leo/lstr rewards?

You are winner in every cases. So you can make decision by flipping a coin if you are confused.
But one makes you a better winner.
Staking for onchain LEO/LSTR rewards usually compounds better over time. USD payouts are nice for immediate cash flow, but reinvesting tokens builds your stack for the long haul. Patience pays with crypto staking
Thanks for the tip. I think staking on leodex is also for whales with significant stakes. Someone like me will probably be getting dusts, if at all.
